Polyurethane Modular Screen Panels
Polyurethane thermoplastics are extremely versatile and can be formulated to provide wide-ranging characteristics. It exhibits excellent wear and abrasion resistance, and remains highly elastic and impact resistant. Depending on the applications, our modular polyurethane panels are made by injection molding process and open casting process. The polyurethane screen panels are offered in 1 ft x 1ft (305 mm x 305 mm), 1 ft x 2 ft (305 mm x 610 mm) and 2 ft x 2 ft (610 mm x 610 mm) with different thickness, opening sizes and aperture shapes including square, continuous slots, VR (zigzag), blank, etc. The panels are also made to accommodate different fasting systems that are popular on the market.
Centrifuge Screen Baskets
Stainless steel screen baskets for popular horizontal vibrating screen and screen scroll centrifuges are available. All our baskets are manufactured using high grade abrasion-resistant steel at the ISO certified facility.
